investment or trading advice received by the subscriber from the trainers and direct
sellers/brand ambassadors is not endorsed by IN8 NETWORK and is outside the
purview of the covenants of their contract with IN8 NETWORK.


IN8 NETWORK is an e-commerce educational platform operating on a direct selling
model and strictly neither offers/ sells any investment nor recommends any broker or
trading platform for any investment or trading.


None of the information provided by IN8 NETWORK or its management through its
course materials/ trainings/ courses is intended as an investment recommendation or
solicitation of an offer to buy or sell, or an endorsement of any company, security,

subscriber is required to immediately report the same to the nodal officer of IN8
NETWORK at nodalofficer\@in8tech.com with proper identification of the trainer
and/or direct seller/ brand ambassador. Any officer, director, employee, subsidiary,
service provider, content provider, trainer, and/or direct seller/brand ambassador
found to be advising or offering investment and trading advice to subscribers of IN8
NETWORK shall be dealt with strictly by the management including but not limited
to termination of the contract with IN8 NETWORK. IN8 NETWORK reserves its right to
take appropriate legal action against any defaulting employees, subsidiaries, service
providers, content providers, trainers, and direct sellers/brand ambassadors.
